The Seychelles Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture offers the Pesticides Handling and Application Training to ensure compliance with the pesticides control act of 1996, which specifies the proper management of pesticide for handlers, wholesalers and retailers.
Duration
The duration of the training will depend on the specific needs of the applicants.
- 2 days for applicants dealing with Handling and Application of Pesticides
- 1 day for applicants dealing with pesticide handling, primarily retailers and wholesalers.
Entry Requirements
18 years, and above, physically fit; with good moral character.
Applications
All applicants should select pesticides training agreement as per the specific needs and fill it in accordingly.
